We offer a glorious professional studio environment set in the countryside and with excellent social and dining facilities in partnership with John Oram, where teams can learn to work together through the medium of writing and recording music, assisted by professional musicians and technical specialists. John has a track record of working with World class musicians for more than 40 years and uses this experience to extract creativity from even the most reticent performers. We make sure that the learning has transferable value to the workplace with business and personal development coaching before and after the experience.
One example of this approach was with a company that formed a rock band, wrote a number of songs, recorded them and ultimately performed them in support of a Cancer charity. See the homemade fly on the wall rockumentary of their once in a lifetime team studio experience, made by the Health and Safety manager! So impressed were they by the results that they decided to perform their songs live at the start and end of their annual conference. Together with our associates, APOD, we delivered a large scale team and personal development programme for Sky Media, where 200 sales executives formed rock and pop bands, each writing and recording a song in a day in a digital studio. They then sold their hits on an internal market, to practice sales and marketing strategies through a variety of electronic and face to face media.
