We make sure that the learning has transferable value to the workplace with business and personal development coaching before, during and after the experience. We also offer mobile recording facilities for live events in your own facilities, stately homes or corporate venues, where you wish to capture long term memories of peak performance. We took a company who were integrating a large computer system away with the computer consultancy for a day in a country mansion. As well as all the hard work that was done, thrashing out a robust implementation plan, the team developed songs together and performed them in a mobile studio we set up in a barn on the estate. We delivered a large scale organisation and personal development programme for Sky Media with our associates. 200 sales executives formed rock and pop bands, each group writing and recording a song in a day in a studio. They then sold their songs on an internal market, to practice sales and marketing strategies through face to face and social media. One of the bands' videos is here: 'My Carnival'.
In the Housing sector, mhs Homes formed an in house rock band, wrote a number of songs and recorded them in support of a charity. So impressed were they by the results that they decided to perform their songs live at the start and end of their annual conference.
