Teams that play together work together better. We offer professional studio environments, where teams can learn to work together better through the medium of writing and recording music, assisted by professional musicians and technical specialists. We make sure that the learning has transferable value to the workplace with business and personal development coaching before and after the experience. We can also offer mobile recording facilities for live events in your own facilities or venues, where you wish to capture long term memories of peak performance.
One company we worked with formed a rock band, wrote a number of songs and recorded them in support of a cancer charity. So impressed were they by the results that they decided to perform their songs live at the start and end of their annual conference. Another example is where we delivered a large scale organisation and personal development programme for Sky Media with our associates. 200 sales executives formed rock and pop bands, each group writing and recording a song in a day in a studio. They then sold their hits on an internal market, to practice sales and marketing strategies through electronic and face to face media. One of the bands' videos is here: 'My Carnival'.
